Veneers are thin custom-made shells designed to cover the front side of teeth. They are made of tooth-colored materials and are used to treat spaces between teeth, fix teeth that are chipped, and cosmetic changes can be made such as color, shape and size. Veneers are made of porcelain. They are lab processed as are crowns and require the same care and maintenance as crowns.
